Younger sister fell in love with her sister’s boyfriend and decided to break them up, saying he was courting her

Our father raised me and my sister alone. My mother left us when we were very young. As she explained to us, she said she was too young and it was hard for her to be together too.

Dad, never married again. His women, if there were any, we never saw. My sister Lisa is a year older than me. We were always close and friendly with a few.

My father tried to raise us more strictly. And often we stayed home because he worked a lot. More than once we would ask our father:

“Dad, why don’t you get married again? It’s hard to live like this, all the time alone. We’ll grow up and get married, and how will you be alone? You have to get married.”

But he always brushed us off, said he’d had enough once already. Now he doesn’t trust anyone and tells us to do the same thing, not to trust anyone with us.

It’s too bad he taught us from a young age that you can’t trust anyone in life. That’s how we lived and grew up, without knowing people.

Many people thought me and my family were beautiful. There were many people who wanted to, but we were lonely because we remembered my father’s words.

It became a big hindrance in our lives. There were times when Lisa and I would get together. If I felt like getting into a relationship with a young man, she would always tell me that I couldn’t be trusted, and there were times when she would try to test a young man’s fidelity.

She would get herself excited, seduce my boyfriend, and of course they would fall for it. Trusting no one.

But one day Lisa met a very handsome young man named Lenya. I liked him so much that I just couldn’t contain my feelings. By all means, I wanted him to be mine, and mine alone. And I didn’t care that my sister was dating him.

I decided that I would focus on my sister, also check him out to see if he would be trustworthy. My sister hesitated, then agreed.

I began to act, but Lenya proved to be a tough nut to crack. He did not respond to my languid glances and already direct speech.

I realized that my sister was just fabulously lucky. But I told her otherwise. Up to this point my sister and I had believed each other, and so she believed me that Lenya was cheating on her.

They broke up, and I saw my sister worrying and crying at night. I tried to start a relationship with Lenya, but he didn’t pay any attention to me at all.

Our father found out about all this. He started shaming me and I was very ashamed of my actions. I was very ashamed to show my face in front of my sister, but my father insisted that I tell her everything, that Lenya had remained faithful to her, and I decided out of sympathy for him to spoil everything.

So I did. My sister, of course, yelled at me, called me mean. But then she forgave me. They reconciled with Lenya and are getting ready to get married, but to avoid my intrusions, they decided to live separately, out of harm’s way.

Later I got a boyfriend, too, and things got better between us, and the nonsense about loving Lena went out of my head.
